Artist Music Center has a limited number of cost remission scholarships for talented piano students in need of a grand piano for home practice. Scholarships are available (depending on financial need) covering up to 50% of the cost of a new or certified pre-owned grand piano.
Since talented students need a grand piano to fully develop their abilities, this program will not consider scholarship awards toward digital or upright pianos.
Awardees must pay the remaining balance due on the piano receiving the award in order to take possession of the piano. Financing is available.
To be considered, applicants must submit the following:
1. Teacher recommendation
-the applicant's teacher should email the recommendation to [email protected].
-the recommendation letter should include information about the applicant's talent and explain the need for assistance.
2. Completed application form
-complete the application below and click submit.
If accepted, the student may also be asked to submit a video recording and documentation demonstrating financial need.
